Paramedic – MaineHealth
Location: Various MaineHealth locations across Maine and New Hampshire
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem Opportunities Available

What You’ll Do
- Deliver advanced life support (ALS) care in accordance with Maine EMS Paramedic scope of practice
- Perform assessments, critical interventions, and safe patient transport
- Collaborate with AEMTs, EMTs, nurses, physicians, and hospital teams
- Accurately document patient encounters and maintain regulatory compliance
- Operate emergency vehicles safely and maintain readiness of equipment
- Provide patient-centered care in high-stress, fast-paced environments
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Completion of Paramedic Course required.
- License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Paramedic required. Valid Driver’s License required. Current BLS certification required. PIFT Certification required within six months of start date. Locations in New Hampshire require a NH Paramedic License with a National Registry Paramedic License.
- Experience: One year of relevant experience preferred.
