Description

AMR is seeking an EMT Advanced to provide high-quality pre-hospital care and medical transportation for emergency and non-emergency patients. In this role, you will perform advanced life support interventions, assess and stabilize patients in dynamic field environments, and safely transport them to appropriate medical facilities. You’ll collaborate closely with paramedics, EMTs, nurses, and public safety partners while following AMR protocols and safety standards. Provide advanced life support and pre-hospital emergency care per AMR protocols
Assess, stabilize, and monitor patients in emergency and non-emergency situations
Safely operate and ride in ambulances while adhering to all safety regulations
Administer medications, manage airways, and initiate IV/IO access as authorized
Communicate effectively with dispatch, hospitals, and public safety partners
Document all patient care accurately in electronic patient care reports
Maintain medical equipment, supplies, and vehicle readiness
Participate in ongoing training, skills assessments, and quality improvement programs
Support community events and outreach as a representative of AMR
Follow all company, local, state, and federal regulations and clinical guidelines
